Contrôles de la Police :
Dans le cadre de la lutte contre la propagation du virus, la Police contrôlera également durant cette phase de la crise sanitaire l’application des dispositions légales en vigueur.
Les contrôles de la Police se concentreront sur les aspects suivants :
- Le respect du couvre-feu ;
- Le respect des mesures sanitaires lors de rassemblements;
- Le respect des réglementations pour centres commerciaux.
Toute personne qui ne respecte pas le couvre-feu risque d’être contrôlée. La Police recommande aux gens circulant entre 23.00 et 06.00 heures sur la voie publique de se munir d’un document attestant qu’une des exceptions au couvre-feu est applicable (p.ex. certificat du patron, billet d’avion, ...).
Les contrôles des rassemblements se situent aussi bien dans le cadre de la surveillance générale de l’espace public et des patrouilles ordinaires respectivement dans le cadre des interventions sur appel.
La Police sera aussi présente dans les centres commerciaux pour y contrôler le respect des dispositions en vigueur.
Kontrolle der Einhaltung der Covid-19-Bestimmungen durch die Polizei
Im Rahmen der Bekämpfung der Ausbreitung des Virus wird die Polizei auch in dieser Phase der sanitären Krise die Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Vorschriften kontrollieren.
Die Polizeikontrollen konzentrieren sich auf die folgenden Aspekte:
- Einhaltung der Ausgangssperre;
- Einhaltung der sanitären Regeln bei Zusammenkünften;
- Einhaltung der Vorschriften für Einkaufszentren.
Jede Person, die die Ausgangssperre nicht respektiert, riskiert kontrolliert zu werden. In diesem Sinne rät die Polizei, dass Personen welche zwischen 23.00 und 06.00 Uhr unterwegs sind ein Dokument bei sich tragen, die klar darlegt, dass ein Grund für eine Ausnahme bezüglich der Ausgangssperre vorliegt (z.B. eine Bescheinigung des Arbeitgebers, ein Flugzeugticket).
Kontrollen von Versammlungen finden sowohl im Rahmen der allgemeinen Überwachung des öffentlichen Raums als auch im Rahmen von gewöhnlichen Polizeistreifen bzw. im Rahmen von angefragten Einsätzen statt.
Die Polizei wird auch in den Einkaufszentren die Einhaltung der Bestimmungen kontrollieren.
Control of the Covid-19 regulations by the Police
In the context of the fight against the spread of the virus, Police officials will also carry out controls during this phase of the sanitary crisis to ensure that the regulations are being respected.
Police controls will focus on the following aspects:
- Respect of the curfew;
- Respect of sanitary measures during gatherings;
- Compliance with regulations for shopping centres.
Whoever does not respect the curfew risks to be controlled by the Police. In order to facilitate controls, we recommend that people circulating between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. carry a document proving that one of the exceptions of the curfew does apply to them (e.g. certificate by the employer, plane ticket, …).
Controls of gatherings take place in the context of general surveillance of the public space and ordinary patrols respectively in the context of on-call interventions.
The Police will also be present in shopping centres to monitor compliance with the measures in force.
