Im Interesse des Wohlergehens der Allgemeinbevölkerung und zur Eindämmung der Ausbreitung des Coronavirus Covid-19 wird die Polizei auch an diesem Wochenende landesweit gezielte Kontrollen durchführen.
Das Hauptaugenmerk liegt dabei bei den Einschränkungen im öffentlichen Verkehr. Auch Ansammlungen von Menschengruppen auf öffentlicher Straße, in Fußgängerzonen oder an anderen öffentlichen Orten werden kontrolliert. Dabei sei bemerkt, dass auch Menschenansammlungen im Rahmen von privaten Zusammenkünften untersagt sind, sofern diese Personen nicht zusammenleben. Die Polizei wird sämtlichen Meldungen in diesem Zusammenhang nachgehen.
Stellt die Polizei fest, dass sich Personen nicht an diese festgelegten Verbote halten, werden gebührenpflichtige Verwarnungen in Höhe von 145 Euro erstellt. Wird die Verwarnung nicht innerhalb von 30 Tagen bezahlt, kann eine Geldstrafe in Höhe des doppelten Betrags der Verwarnung ausgesprochen werden.
Auch wirtschaftliche Aktivitäten stehen im Fokus der Beamten. Geschäfte, Cafés, Restaurants sowie Baustellen werden kontrolliert.
Werden die festgelegten Einschränkungen nicht eingehalten, wird Protokoll erstellt und das betroffene Unternehmen oder die Baustelle wird administrativ geschlossen. Die Verstöße gegen die Geschäftsschließungen und gegen das Verbot, Kunden zu empfangen, werden mit einer administrativen Geldbuße von bis zu maximal 4.000 Euro bestraft. Im Wiederholungsfall wird der Maximalbetrag der Geldbuße verdoppelt.
Die Polizei mahnt daher nochmals:
- Wenn möglich, bleiben Sie zu Hause!
- Halten Sie zu Personen mit denen Sie nicht zusammen leben einen Abstand von mindestens 2 Metern.
Auch Verkehrskontrollen
Auch wenn sich der öffentliche Verkehr aufgrund der Ausgangsbeschränkungen deutlich beruhigt hat, so wird die Polizei an diesem Wochenende sowie während der Osterferien im Sinne der Verkehrssicherheit Kontrollen durchführen.

Il convient de noter que les rassemblements de personnes dans des lieux privés sont également interdits, sauf si ces personnes cohabitent. La Police réagira à tous les appels dans ce contexte.
Si la Police constate que des personnes ne respectent pas ces interdictions, des avertissements taxés à hauteur de 145 euros sont émis. Si l'avertissement n'est pas payé dans les 30 jours, une amende égale au double du montant de l'avertissement peut être imposée.
Les agents se concentrent également sur les activités économiques. Les magasins, les cafés, les restaurants et les chantiers sont contrôlés.
Si les restrictions établies ne sont pas respectées, un procès-verbal est dressé et l'entreprise ou le chantier concerné est fermé administrativement. Les violations de la fermeture des magasins et de l'interdiction de recevoir des clients sont sanctionnées par une amende administrative pouvant aller jusqu'à 4.000 euros. En cas de récidive, le montant maximum de l'amende sera doublé.
La Police émet donc un nouveau rappel:
- Si possible, restez chez vous!
- Gardez une distance d'au moins 2 mètres avec les personnes avec lesquelles vous ne cohabitez pas.
Contrôles de la circulation
Même si le traffic s'est considérablement calmé en raison des limitations de déplacement, la Police effectuera des contrôles ce week-end et pendant les vacances de Pâques dans l'intérêt de la sécurité routière.

In the interest of the welfare of the population and in order to contain the spread of the coronavirus Covid-19, the Police will continue to carry out targeted controls nationwide this weekend.

- Keep a distance of at least 2 metres to people you do not live with.
