Violence

A violence prevention programme is directed at children in the final year of primary school and the first year of secondary school as well as at parents and teachers.

The different forms of violence are addressed in this programme, including physical and psychological violence against people and violent property crime as well as the legal aspects.

The programme aims to show children that there are alternatives to violence, how the risks of becoming a victim can be minimised and how a victim or witness should behave in the event of an assault.

The programme directed at adults covers the possible causes of violence, how to avoid it and what to do if it occurs.
