Road safety is a major priority for the Police. This service represents the Police in the working groups of Luxembourg's National traffic committee and in the various working groups on road safety and legislation.
It also represents the Police at national and international level in matters of road safety and mobility.
Throughout the year, the National road traffic and road safety service (Service national de circulation et de sécurité routières - SNCSR) organises and coordinates the road traffic and safety campaigns conducted by the Traffic police and other operational units.
