This procedure is intended for persons who have caused damage to another object with a vehicle.
Eligible declarations
The damage must have been caused by a vehicle to another object (another vehicle, any object or equipment on public roads, etc.). Accidents involving personal injury cannot be reported electronically. Only accidents that have caused material damage are eligible.
Time limits
You can only report the incident online after you have contacted the Police from the scene of the accident immediately after the events occurred, by dialling the emergency number 113, or by visiting the police station of your choice. Failure to do so could result in you being charged with failing to stop at the scene of an accident.
