Recently, the Police have been informed of a number of cases where users of online banking services have fallen victim to fake online banking portals that appear to be genuine. The victims usually accessed these fraudulent sites by using a search engine and then clicking on the link displayed.
In this regard, we would like to emphasise that, for security reasons, online banking should always be carried out either via the bank's official app or via the official URL of the online banking portal. It is therefore advisable to save the official Internet address of the online banking portal in your browser (bookmark). Online banking portals should never be accessed via a link displayed in a search engine.
In this regard, we also ask you to inform and raise awareness among older people in your circle about this fraudulent technique.
